I am Alicja, a Growth & Career Coach. Over the last 15 years, I have been hiring, developing, and building talent strategies for Tech companies across Germany and Europe.
During that time, I’ve had a front-row seat to what separates professionals who advance their careers from those who don’t. I also know that building a career abroad comes with a layer of complexity that nobody warns you about - navigating new work culture, the feeling like you need to prove yourself just a little bit more.
Today, I help international professionals get hired, promoted, and move forward with confidence in a market that has its own rules.
